Job Description - Area Sales Manager - Far North England, Scotland and Northern Ireland

AREA SALES MANAGER – EYEWEAR & OPTICAL - Salary: Up to £70,000 OTE + Benefits
Location: Far North UK inc Scotland and N Ireland
Hours: 37.5 hour per week

Your Role:

  • Develop Strong Relationships – Build and maintain partnerships with new and existing clients
  • Drive Sales & Growth – Identify new business opportunities, maximize sales, and stay ahead of market trends
  • Be the Expert – Keep up to date with the latest eyewear innovations, competitor activity, and industry trends
  • Showcase the Brand – Work closely with marketing teams to ensure strong in-store visibility
  • Attend Industry Events – Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and key networking events
  • Collaborate Internally – Work with sales operations, logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless service
  • Stay Organised – Manage your territory effectively and submit regular sales reports

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in Sales – Preferably within eyewear, fashion, or a related industry
  • Confident & Persuasive – A natural communicator with top-tier negotiation skills
  • Strategic Thinker – Able to analyse market trends and forecast sales opportunities
  • Customer-Focused – Passionate about delivering quality service and building relationships
  • Organised & Driven – Able to manage time effectively and work autonomously
  • Flexible & Mobile – A valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel
