Location: Within the M25 (London-based)
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance (some flexibility for the right candidate)

A growing UK manufacturer of innovative lighting solutions is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth across London and the surrounding area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional with established relationships across the public and private sectors and a strong understanding of specification-led sales.

The Role

Develop and grow business opportunities across London.
Build relationships with key stakeholders including local authorities, consultants, contractors and end users.
Identify and secure new projects within the education, healthcare and commercial sectors.
Manage projects from specification through to completion.
Work closely with an energetic and collaborative team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

About You

Based within the M25 and able to cover the London region effectively.
Proven business development or specification sales experience, ideally within lighting, electrical, construction or a related industry.
Strong network of contacts within:

Local Authorities
Consulting Engineers / Specifiers
Education Sector
Healthcare Sector

Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
A genuine team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and customers alike.
Self-motivated, organised and capable of managing a busy pipeline.

Package

£50,000-£60,000 basic salary
