Are you an experienced packaging sales professional looking to join a growing and well-established business?

We're recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to cover the North West, responsible for developing new business while managing and growing an established customer base across a range of industrial and commercial sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record of selling packaging solutions who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

The Role

Develop new business across the North West region.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Sell a broad range of packaging solutions to industrial and commercial customers.
Identify customer requirements and provide tailored packaging solutions.
Negotiate contracts and deliver against sales and margin targets.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.

The Candidate

Essential: Previous field sales experience within the packaging industry.
Proven track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Full UK driving licence.
