Area to be covered: North London & East Anglia

Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + £5,000 - £8,000 uncapped commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Plastic Building Products will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a range of plastic building products such as: fascia & soffit, rainwater cladding, guttering and panel products
• 60% of your time will be managing / selling to distributors & merchants such as: Rembrand Timber, Jewson, A1, Specialist PVC Distributors etc
• The remaining 40% will be spent stimulating demand and selling to housebuilders, developers and contractors (all back sold through the distribution channel)
• Turnover responsibility circa £5-6million
• 90% account management

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager -Plastic Building Products with:

• Ideally working for a distributor / merchants looking for your first field sales role
• Would consider someone working for or selling to merchants / distributors
• Would consider a contractor led sales person
• Open in terms of what building materials / products you’ve sold
• Team player, self-motivated and outgoing
• Driven, enthusiastic, focused
