We’re recruiting on behalf of a global engineering business that supplies high-precision solutions into the manufacturing and automation industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join their UK team as a Remote Area Sales Manager, managing key accounts and driving new business across your assigned region - South East.

On Offer:

• Salary £45,000 - £50,000
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday's
• Yearly Bonus
• Pension 5%

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

• Identify and approach potential new clients

• Deliver product presentations and technical information

• Monitor market trends and report on sales performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical or solution-based B2B sales

• Hands on Engineering experience working within Manufacturing

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule remotely

• CRM proficiency and experience with sales reporting tools

• Background in engineering, manufacturing, or automation essential
