Remuneration: £35,000-£45,000 + up to 25% Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Temporary & Mobile CCTV Towers will involve:

• Field sales role selling the hire of temporary, mobile CCTV Towers/ mobile video surveillance
• 80% construction industry, housebuilder/ new build focused
• One day per week in front of quantity surveyors as well as targeting building contractors, property owners, public sector etc.
• 20% other industries such as car dealerships, events etc.
• New business development role, 70% self-driven enquiries, 30% Glenigan, office leads and utilising salesforce CRM database
• Targeted to grow area from £120,000 per quarter to £250,000 per quarter
• Typically four days a week on the road visiting customers and one days working from home
• Typically 20 customer appointments per week
• Typical ratio’s would mean creating eight opportunities to quote a week, usually 60% conversation rate
• Initially targeted to hire out 2 towers per week (1st 3 months) with a view to this growing to five/six per week once established
• Average order value £10,000

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Temporary & Mobile CCTV Towers with:

• Construction hire/ plant hire sales experience preferred
• Open to junior branch managers, as well as field sales experience
• Also open to security backgrounds and competitor field sales representatives
• New business mentality/ self-motivated
• Outgoing, driven and enthusiastic
• IT/ CRM savvy
• Would consider a more junior individual that possess the right qualities
