Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Steel, Tools & Accessories

Area to be covered: Blackburn to Lancaster (1hr of Morecombe)

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus tbc

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Steel, Tools & Accessories will involve:

* Field sales based role, promoting a range of steel, power & cutting tools, fixings & fasteners, welding supplies, PPE, paints and consumables etc

* All of your time will be spent selling to fabricators, engineers and end users

* Turnover target will be set depending on experience

* Order values have range from £100-£20k+

* Will be given accounts to manage however also expect you to generate new business

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Steel, Tools & Accessories with:

* Must have field sales experience in the tools, PPE, hygiene, welding, paints or related sectors

* Must have sold to fabricators, engineers and end users

* Excellent communication, presentation and demonstrating skills

* A practical and professional hands on approach
