Area to be covered: Northern Ireland (Portadown and surrounding areas)

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonuses

Benefits: Car allowance or company car & full benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors will involve:

* Commercial sales position selling the supply and installation of windows and associated products

* Focusing on commercial projects such as; hotels, student accusation and retail sectors

* All of your time will be spent selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers & architects

* Turnover target tbc depending on experience

* Will be given projects however will be expected to generate new business

* Great internal support and cross selling opportunities

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors with:

* Must have field sales experience in the construction sector

* Must have commercial experience selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers & architects

* Ideally within the fenestration, windows & glazing sector however open in terms of what building products you’ve sold

* Driven, target focussed and a team player

* Analytical thinker
