We are seeking a motivated and commercially astute Area Sales Representative to join our client’s thriving field-based sales team. This home and field-based position covers the region between Glasgow and Carlisle, combining new business development with the management of existing accounts across sectors such as pubs, hotels, bars, golf clubs, and leisure venues.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while benefiting from the backing of a supportive and ambitious business. This role offers excellent earning potential, long-term progression, and the opportunity to build strong client relationships in a growing market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within your territory.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the leisure and hospitality sector.

• Provide tailored solutions that add value and meet client needs.

• Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation through to closing deals.

• Collaborate with internal departments including procurement and customer service.

• Attend monthly meetings at the company HQ near Bristol (travel and accommodation provided).

• Previous experience in field sales or account management, ideally in the hospitality, food, beverage, or leisure sectors.

• Excellent relationship-building and client retention skills.

• A confident communicator who can handle the full sales process.

• Solid understanding of the UK hospitality or catering industry.

• Results-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Full, clean UK driving licence.

• Experience working within hospitality operations (e.g., pubs, bars, restaurants, or hotels).

• Basic Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)

• Commission: Uncapped commission structure
