Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary & Benefits: OTE £55,000+ with uncapped commission

A leading company in the Plant and Powered Access rental industry is seeking a motivated Area Sales Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to take ownership of a defined area, build strong customer relationships, and maximise earnings through a combination of base salary and uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Promote and sell plant and powered access equipment within the assigned area
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Provide excellent customer service and technical support where required
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Requirements

Proven experience in sales, ideally within the plant, construction, or powered access industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence
Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
