Job Title: Area Sales Support Manager
Location: Essex/East Anglia Coast
Basic Salary: £35,000 per annum (Increasing once probation has been passed)
OTE: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Additional Benefits: Travel and daily food allowances provided

This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to be a vital link in supporting store teams along the coast of Essex & East Anglia. You’ll be instrumental in driving performance, sharing best practice, and offering hands-on support where it’s needed most. It’s a great opportunity for someone who loves the buzz of retail/sales, enjoys being on the road, and wants to help others succeed.

More about the role:

• Travel to different retail sites, offering direct support to store teams
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational standards
• Lead by example, sharing best practices and delivering in-the-moment coaching
• Step into store leadership roles when required to maintain service and standards
• Report back on findings and feedback to help shape strategic decisions
• Be the go-to person for on-the-ground problem-solving and team motivation

Successful Applicant:

• Proven experience in a multi-site or high-volume retail environment
• Flexible to travel across the Essex & East Anglia coast with regular overnight stays
• A confident leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Excellent communicator with strong commercial awareness
• Able to work independently and adapt quickly to different teams and challenges
• Passionate about delivering high standards and inspiring others to do the same
