Area Supervisor (Gas Qualified)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Area Supervisor (Gas Qualified) to oversee day-to-day operations across a designated area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising field-based teams, coordinating workloads, maintaining high standards of service and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support operational and field-based teams across the designated area

*

Coordinate workloads, resources and daily activities

*

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards

*

Carry out site visits, inspections and quality checks where required

*

Monitor performance and address any operational issues

*

Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams

*

Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety requirements and industry regulations

*

Provide guidance and support to engineers and team members

*

Maintain accurate records and complete relevant reports

*

Assist with resolving customer and operational queries

About You:

*

Gas qualified with relevant industry experience

*

Previous supervisory or management experience within a gas, heating, maintenance or similar environment

*

Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations and health & safety requirements

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Confident managing teams and coordinating workloads

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Comfortable working across a designated geographical area
