TRAINER ROLE – No teaching experience required

Join a leading defence training provider as an Armourer Trainer in Wiltshire. This is a permanent, on-site role offering stability, development and the chance to pass on your weapons expertise.

?? No prior training experience needed – full instructor qualifications provided.
?? Ideal for ex-military (REME, RAF, Royal Navy) with small arms/light weapons experience.
??Perfect for an Armourer / Weapons Engineer / Weapons Technician / Small Arms Technician / Weapons Instructor

  • Job Title: Armourer Trainer / Weapons Engineering Instructor
  • Salary: £36,277 ? £38,787 after in-role qualification
  • Hours: 37.5/week | Mon–Fri | No shifts/weekends
  • Type: Full-time | Permanent | On-site in Wiltshire
You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering hands-on training in small arms/light weapons
  • Supporting trainees with real-world knowledge
  • Demonstrating engineering best practices in a workshop setting
What You’ll Need
  • Class 1 Armourer (or equivalent)
  • Military weapons engineering background
  • Experience with inspection, maintenance, or repair of small arms
  • Willingness to become a qualified instructor (fully supported)
