Role Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tube Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Redhill. You will play a key role in the assembly and fabrication of large X-ray tubes within a highly controlled clean room environment.









Responsibilities






  • Assemble and test precision electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and systems.
  • Follow work instructions, engineering drawings and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain strict adherence to clean room protocols and best practices.
  • Complete assembly records, process check sheets and work orders accurately.
  • Raise NCRs when quality issues are identified.
  • Support day-to-day operation of the clean room and laboratory areas.








Qualifications






 

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Understanding of safe working practices and mechanical handling techniques.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately.
  • Clean room, vacuum technology or high-tech manufacturing experience desirable.

Working Hours

  • Early Shift: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:00, Fri 06:00-13:30.
  • Late Shift: Mon-Thu 14:00-22:00, Fri 13:30-21:00.
  • 20% shift premium applies.
