GSL Education is seeking a creative and passionate Art & Design Teacher to join a secondary school in Boston from September 2026. This is an exciting part-time opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire students through creativity, innovation, and artistic expression.
Working three days per week, the successful candidate will deliver engaging Art & Design lessons and support students in developing their practical, creative, and analytical skills across the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality Art & Design lessons across KS3 and KS4 Encourage creativity and self-expression through a range of artistic techniques and media Support students in developing practical and theoretical knowledge of Art & Design Assess, monitor, and report on student progress Prepare students for coursework and examinations where appropriate Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification Experience teaching Art & Design in UK secondary schools Strong classroom management and organisational skills A passion for creative education and student achievement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What GSL Education Offers:
