• Develop and deliver engaging art and photography curriculum tailored to students with special educational needs.
• Foster a creative environment that encourages students to express themselves through various artistic mediums.
• Plan, prepare, and execute lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
• Assess and record students’ progress, providing feedback and support to encourage their artistic development.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to integrate art and photography into a broader educational context.
• Organise and manage classroom resources and ensure a tidy and safe environment for all students.
• Participate in school events and exhibitions, showcasing students' work and achievements in art and photography.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Art, Photography, or a related field.
• Experience teaching students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the latest art and photography techniques and technologies.
• Ability to plan and deliver lessons that are accessible and engaging for SEND students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
