Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and engaging Art lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).


• Receive excellent guidance and support through our ECT program.


• Develop a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment.


• Encourage students to explore their artistic potential and develop their own style.


• Contribute enthusiastically to the Art department and the wider school.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.


• Degree in Fine Art or a related subject.


• A genuine passion for your art specialism and sharing it with students.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


• A proactive and positive attitude towards professional development.
