Art Teaching Assistant - Creative Arts

Are you passionate about art and supporting young people?

We're recruiting for an Art Teaching Assistant to help students express themselves creatively within a specialist SEMH setting.

You'll work alongside experienced teaching staff delivering creative activities that build confidence, emotional wellbeing and engagement.

Responsibilities

Support Art lessons
Deliver creative interventions
Prepare materials
Encourage student participation
Build positive relationships
Support behaviour and emotional regulation

Requirements

Art qualification or experience
SEMH, SEND or Alternative Provision experience
Creative mindset
Patient and calm approach
DBS required
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
