Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic art lessons to students of varying abilities.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and creativity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
• Organize and participate in art exhibitions, extracurricular activities, and school events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the art curriculum and contemporary art practices.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Art, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the art curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
