Art Teacher

We are currently recruiting a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher on behalf of a supportive school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who can inspire students and foster creativity through engaging and imaginative lessons.

The Role:

Teaching Art and Design in line with the National Curriculum
Planning and delivering creative, engaging and differentiated lessons
Encouraging students to explore a range of artistic techniques and media
Assessing and monitoring student progress
Creating an inclusive and inspiring classroom environment
Working collaboratively with colleagues and senior leadershipThe Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
Has experience teaching Art (primary or secondary, depending on role)
Is creative, organised and passionate about the arts
Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Holds or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS on the update serviceAll candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Teams call.
