About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging and informative Art lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.


• Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and critical thinking.


• Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of art history, techniques, and contemporary art movements.


• Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).


• Collaborate with colleagues in the Arts department and other departments to create interdisciplinary projects and enhance the overall learning experience.


• Contribute to the school's arts program by organizing exhibitions, workshops, and extracurricular activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art or a closely related discipline.


• Demonstrates a strong passion for art and a captivating teaching style.


• Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management.
