Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Art Teacher lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.


• Develop students' skills in a range of artistic techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media.


• Assess and monitor student progress in Art, providing constructive feedback to guide their development.


• Contribute to the enrichment of the school's artistic environment through displays, exhibitions, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Art and Design.


• Demonstrated experience teaching Art at Key Stages 3 and 4.


• Strong subject knowledge across a range of artistic disciplines and historical contexts.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a love of art in students.
