A specialist school in Ealing is seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join their dynamic team. Role Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent position in a specialist school for students with additional needs


• Plan and deliver inspiring Art lessons across KS3 and KS4


• Adapt the curriculum to meet the individual needs of students with SEN and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
  


• Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to explore their artistic abilities


• Provide individual and group support to students during their artistic development


• Work collaboratively with SEN staff to create tailored learning plans and deliver personalized interventions


• Contribute to the holistic development of students through art and creative expression

Experience & Qualifications:

• 
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential


• 
  Degree in Art or related subject


• Previous experience teaching Art in a secondary school setting (preferred)


• A strong passion for supporting students with SEN, particularly those with SEMH needs
  


• Excellent communication, organizational, and behavior management skills


• Ability to create a safe and engaging space for students to explore creativity


• Enhanced DBS check required
