As a member of our Art Department, you will:

• Teach Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to contribute to Key Stage 5 if you are an experienced teacher.




• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across various media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, and digital work.




• Inspire students to think critically, explore their creativity, and take pride in their work.




• Support student progress through thoughtful assessment, feedback, and individualized support.




• Contribute to the wider life of the department by leading art clubs, organising exhibitions, and providing enrichment opportunities.




• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop the curriculum and share best practices.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Art, Fine Art, or Art & Design.




• Are passionate about art education and skilled in delivering engaging, student-centred lessons.
