An Outstanding secondary school in Kingston is seeking a talented and passionate Art Teacher to join their Art and Design department. This is a full-time, permanent position, teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver inspiring and engaging Art lessons.


• Cover a range of artistic disciplines (e.g., painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, digital art).


• Create a supportive and stimulating studio environment.


• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.


• Contribute to the development of the Art curriculum.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).


• A degree in Fine Art or a related field.


• Proven experience teaching Art at the secondary level.


• A strong portfolio demonstrating personal artistic practice.


• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
