The role involves teaching Art across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on experience. Alongside delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons, the successful candidate will take on a TLR-linked responsibility, which may include curriculum leadership, mentoring, or leading a specific area within the Art department.

Experience and Qualifications

• QTS and a degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject

• Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

• Strong knowledge of a range of artistic media and techniques

• Experience or readiness to take on a leadership or responsibility role

• Ability to inspire creativity while maintaining high classroom standards

• A positive, collaborative approach suited to a welcoming school culture
