• Deliver engaging and high-quality Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is an advantage)

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports creativity and self-expression

• Differentiate teaching to support students of varying abilities and learning styles

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with relevant experience teaching Art in secondary schools

• Strong subject knowledge in both practical and theoretical aspects of Art

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
