Artwork Coordinator

Are you an experienced Administrator and are used to working in a very fast paced environment? Are you a strong team player with outstanding communication and organisation skills and would like to work for an extremely successful and established business? There is a salary of £25,500 with an increase after 6 months and a great benefits package.

The Role:

• Deal with a high volume of emails, to liaise with colleagues and deal with any queries.
• Process approvals and communicate with customers regarding the delivery date
• Ordering consumables
• Working with our bespoke internal systems to meet relevant job KPI’s
• Oversee any orders which require additional processing or fulfilment requirements which causes them to falls outside our usual processes. This will involve monitoring our internal systems to ensure the orders are completed in a timely manner.

About You:

• Strong IT and Administrative skills
• Good at multitasking and can deal with a number of things at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to be proactive in work
• Good IT and communication skills
