Artworker

Are you a proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised individual, looking to work for an established and growing company?

This is an exciting new opportunity for an Artworker to join a company based in Basildon on a permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break and the salary is up to £33k per annum (DOE) as well as paid overtime. This is a fully office-based role with free parking onsite.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Creating and preparing large format signing artwork and briefs ready for production
• Checking artwork is formatted correctly and amending when needed
• Overseeing projects from start to finish, from the initial brief all the way to completion
• Producing installation guides, visuals, proofs and other ink-layered artwork
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure jobs are completed on time
• Liaising with the logistics and installation teams to ensure delivery and execution on projects

You must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat, as you will be creating artwork using these systems. You must have experience managing projects from start to finish, with a good understanding of large format printing processes and be able to adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring all artwork meets print and production standards, and while maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
