Asbestos Analyst / Surveyor - Dual Role

Salary : Up to £34,000 per annum dependent on experience and location working 40 hours a week with further opportunity to earn more through overtime

 Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, tablet and tools are provided

Requirements

  What will you be doing?

• Conduct thorough surveys, including management and refurbishment & demolition surveys, ensuring accurate bulk sampling and precise site notes
• Engage in comprehensive training programs and stay current with industry trends
• Complete tasks ranging from statutory re-inspections to airborne fiber monitoring, demonstrating proficiency
• Provide expert asbestos management advice to clients, significantly contributing to health and safety
• Ensure all asbestos-related work meets quality standards, collaborating with the technical team
• Compile accurate reports, maintaining site laboratory integrity and reliability.
• Identify growth opportunities and promote services to clients, driving success and expansion
• Implement and monitor safety procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Offer technical advice and support to the team and clients, and prepare comprehensive health and safety risk assessments

What do you need?

• Strong knowledge of current asbestos regulations, including P402, P403, and P404 qualifications 
• A proactive mindset, dedicated to meeting deadlines
• Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UKAS accredited environment 
• Possession of a full UK Driving Licence
