A well-established environmental consultancy in Bristol is growing its laboratory team and is looking for an experienced Asbestos Bulk Analyst to come on board.

You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit team within a business that has built a strong reputation in the asbestos industry. Due to continued growth and increasing workload, they now need additional support in the lab.

The role of Asbestos Bulk Analyst:

You’ll be responsible for analysing asbestos bulk samples accurately and efficiently, ensuring all work is completed in line with UKAS standards and current legislation. Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to manage your workload within a busy but supportive environment.

As an Asbestos Bulk Analyst, you will:

Carry out asbestos bulk sample analysis

*

Record and report results accurately

*

Follow HSG248 guidance and internal quality systems

*

Maintain a tidy, compliant laboratory environment

What you’ll need:

*

BOHS P401/RSPH3 qualification with at least 12 months’ experience within an asbestos laboratory

*

A methodical, organised approach to your work

*

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

*

Full UK driving licence desirable due to the office location
