An experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst is required to join a growing consultancy team. This role will involve a combination of home, site, and office-based work, with travel throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland as required.

Key Responsibilities
*
Conduct asbestos surveys to identify the presence of asbestos-containing materials within properties.
*
Prepare plans and drawings of surveyed properties.
*
Carry out air monitoring and inspections associated with asbestos removal works.
*
Photograph and record asbestos-containing materials identified during surveys.
*
Travel to client sites across Ireland as required.
*
Produce detailed survey reports, including plans, photographs, findings, and recommendations.
*
Liaise with clients on-site and remotely to communicate survey findings and address any issues that arise.
*
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards.
Person Specification
Essential
*
Relevant asbestos surveying and analytical qualifications (P-certifications or equivalent).
*
Minimum of 3 years' documented industry experience.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*
Good understanding of relevant health and safety legislation in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Ability to work independently, manage workloads effectively, and perform well under pressure.
*
Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Desirable
*
Experience using asbestos air-testing software.
*
Experience working across a variety of property types and sectors.
