A reputable asbestos consultancy is seeking a dual-qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join its North East team, covering Whitley Bay, Newcastle and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

Completing Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264

Carrying out air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing and reassurance sampling

Working across commercial and mixed-use properties

Producing clear, accurate asbestos survey and analytical reports

Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance and UKAS standards

Candidate Profile

BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalent qualifications)

Experience in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role, or keen to develop into one

Solid understanding of asbestos regulations and compliance

Able to manage workload independently and professionally

Full UK driving licence
