Asbestos Planner

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Asbestos Planner to join our Compliance Team. In this vital role, you’ll help us keep our customers safe in their homes by supporting the delivery of asbestos management services across our housing stock.

This role is a full time position, working 37 hrs per week Monday-Friday

As an Asbestos Planner, you will:

• Support the Compliance Team in managing outsourced asbestos services.

• Provide administrative support for contract procurement, mobilisation, and contract management.

• Issue asbestos survey requests for void properties, responsive repairs, and planned works.

• Maintain asbestos-related databases and ensure data accuracy at all times.

• Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to customers.

• Handle enquiries promptly and maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders.

• Help us ensure our customers remain safe by supporting high‑quality, compliant service delivery.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in social housing maintenance services.

• A strong track record in delivering excellent customer service.

• Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Five GCSEs at grades A–C (or equivalent).

• A full, valid UK driving licence.
