• NHS Contract, full time role (Commercial Asbestos Surveying only)
• Minimal work away, only to cover large team Asbestos Surveys
• Van and equipment all provided
• TOIL where relevant

Asbestos Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Conduct Asbestos Surveys for different property types
• Compile compliant reports
• Build client relationships
• Provide technical support

Asbestos Surveyor Requirements:

• BOHS P402 certification, 2 years Asbestos Surveying experience
• Commercial Asbestos Survey project experience
• Full UK driving license
• Flexible for commuting and out-of-hours work
• Strong communication skills
• Independent and team-oriented
