Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

About the Company: Family based asbestos consultancy based just outside of London, they're UKAS accredited offering testing & inspection services nationally. A small team that strives to deliver to the highest standards. Now looking to grow and expand for recent contract acquisitions and growth

Role Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's top UKAS-accredited environmental consultancies, specializing in nationwide Asbestos Management services.

Key Responsibilities of an Asbestos Surveyor:

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Asbestos Surveys across a variety of properties.
• Collect bulk samples for analysis.
• Prepare and submit detailed survey reports promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and tenants.
• Stay informed about health and safety regulations concerning asbestos.
• Always represent the company professionally.

Requirements of an Asbestos Surveyor:

• BOHS P402 certification.
• Full UK driving license with a readiness to travel.
• Flexibility regarding commuting and occasional out-of-hours work.
• Proficiency in IT, with knowledge of TEAMS systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
