Requirements:

• BOHS P402 qualified
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Familiarity with tablet-based applications, including systems like Teams
• Basic knowledge of the building trade or construction industry
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct all types of asbestos surveys across Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial properties and sites
• Gather site data using the industry-leading Teams software system
• Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and a solid understanding of industry-specific legislation
• Confidently liaise with clients, representing the company in a professional manner
• Provide specialist consultancy advice, addressing technical queries with confidence
