The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and a strong national client portfolio, a well\-established environmental consultancy is looking to recruit qualified Asbestos Analysts, Surveyors, and Consultants to join its technical team based in Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in accordance with HSG 264
  




• Complete re\-inspection audits of existing asbestos surveys
  




• Undertake air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal works
  




• Supervise asbestos removal projects where required
  




• Provide professional asbestos consultancy and specialist advice to clients
  




• Accurately produce survey reports with strong attention to detail
  




• Represent the business professionally on site and with clients
  




• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety compliance at all times
  

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• BOHS P402 or P403 & P404 (or equivalent)
  




• Ideally 2+ years’ industry experience
  




• Working knowledge of HSG 248 & HSG 264
  




• Strong communication, client liaison, and report writing skills
  




• Excellent attention to detail
  




• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  




• Strong understanding of asbestos\-related Health & Safety
  




• Flexible approach to working hours
  




• Full UK driving licence
  




• IT literate (experience with TEAMs beneficial but not essential – training provided)
