Asbestos Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our client's growing team. The successful candidate will carry out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys across a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a range of asbestos surveys (Management, R&D) in line with HSG264
  




• Collect bulk samples of suspected ACMs (Asbestos Containing Materials)
  




• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures
  




• Liaise with clients and provide clear, concise reporting
  




• Upload survey data using tablets/software systems (e.g. TEAMS, Alpha Tracker, or similar)
  




• Maintain accurate records and assist in producing reports
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) qualification – essential
  




• Minimum 1 year’s experience in asbestos surveying
  




• Good understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation
  




• Full UK driving licence
  




• Strong attention to detail and excellent written/reporting skills
  




• Ability to work independently and manage own workload
  

Desirable:

• Experience with TEAMS or similar asbestos reporting software
  




• CSCS card
  




• Additional asbestos qualifications (e.g. P403, P404)
