Golden Fox Recruitment is working with a long-established environmental consultancy that is expanding its surveying team in the Harlow area. They are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor who is confident working across a mixture of property types and is committed to delivering high-quality, compliant work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who wants strong earning potential, a varied workload and the chance to work with a supportive team.

As part of the regional surveying team, your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys

* Sampling and documenting potential asbestos-containing materials

* Producing accurate, detailed survey reports

* Liaising with clients to provide clear advice on asbestos management

* Ensuring all work meets internal quality procedures and legislative requirements

Experience Required:

* BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)

* Previous experience as an Asbestos Surveyor

* Strong working knowledge of HSG264 and relevant regulations

* Excellent attention to detail and methodical working style

* Full UK driving licence
