You will be working across a range of commercial and domestic premises, performing the full range of asbestos surveys. We are seeking someone who is confident in working to agreed deadlines and safety standards, who holds a wealth of experience within the industry. Our client can support further training into the analytical, for hardworking individuals. In addition, they are offering attractive salaries and packages, including: company vehicle, overtime earning, pension scheme and annual leave allowance. Locations of work include: Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn, Altrincham, Manchester, Stockport, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Ellesmere Port, Chester, Birkenhead, Liverpool, Prescot, St Helens, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Chorley, Preston, Blackburn, Southport, Formby, Skelmersdale, Burnley, Huddersfield, Halifax, Holmfirth, Bradford, Leeds. Experience / Qualifications: -Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent -Strong hands-on experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor -Good working knowledge of HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines -Strong literacy and numeracy skills -Proficient in using IT software The Role: -Conducting thorough management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across commercial and domestic premises -Re-inspection surveys -Collecting samples from site and bagging correctly -Producing detailed schematic drawings -Compiling findings into bespoke reports -Being a key point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing support -Adhering to industry safety guidelines -Ensuring to meet / surpass performance deadlines Alternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Environmental Consultant.
