LOCATION: Yorkshire region
CONTRACT: Full Time
SALARY £32,000 - £40,000 base salary, exclusive of weekend working (OTE including weekends: £46,000)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join our team across the Yorkshire region.
In this role, you will conduct a full range of asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, while delivering expert technical advice and high-quality reporting to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures.
Collect accurate site data and safely transport asbestos samples to approved UKAS‑accredited laboratories.
Complete detailed survey reports and CAD drawings using dedicated software.Required Qualifications & Skills

BOHS P402 qualification (or recognised equivalent).
Proven knowledge and experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, or industrial sectors.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
