Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

We’re working with a well\-established environmental consultancy seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large\-scale commercial projects, with sites including schools, libraries, and museums across the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment & Demolition) in line with HSG264
  




• Complete air monitoring, 4\-stage clearances, and reassurance testing
  




• Compile detailed reports using handheld technology and in\-house systems
  




• Work on multiple commercial projects, supporting long\-term client contracts
  




• Ensure compliance with health and safety and asbestos regulations
  

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• BOHS P402 (Essential)
  




• Additional P403/P404 qualifications (advantageous but not required)
  




• Full UK driving licence
  




• Strong experience in commercial or public sector environments
  




• Comfortable travelling throughout the Midlands
