Job Description:
Academics LTD is seeking an Aspiring PE Teacher for a secondary school in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives, combining your passion for physical education with the chance to gain valuable classroom experience. You will work as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant, supporting students both academically and in physical education, helping them excel both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students and manage classroom behaviour
* Assist in PE and sports lessons, covering pre-assigned classes
* Provide support across KS3 and KS4, building positive student relationships
* Set up lessons, equipment, and assist with practical activities

Ideal Candidate:
* Degree in sports, PE, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
* Experience working with young people is a plus
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Passion for sports and nurturing student development
* Flexible in covering various roles (Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant)
