Salary: £26,500 starting salary
Location: Near Stadhampton, Oxfordshire
Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00 / Fri 08:00–Midday
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent

This role is based near Stadhampton, Oxfordshire and is commutable from Abingdon, Oxford, Reading and surrounding areas. There is no public transport links, so your own mode of transport is essential.

As part of the production team, you’ll play a vital role in assembling aerospace components to a high standard, contributing to the manufacture of world-class products.

Assembler Responsibilities:

Assembling aerospace components using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches)
Conducting quality checks on your own work
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions
Accurately recording work in ERP software (SAP)
Maintaining safe working practices at all times

Requirements:

Confident using a range of hand tools (any considered)
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
Comfortable working with workshop equipment
Able to interpret basic engineering drawings or diagrams
Solid understanding of health & safety in a production environment
