Assembler

Pay £13.34 + Overtime Bonus

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday 8am-4pm

Regularly overtime available, up to 15 hours per week at 1.5x rate

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Assembler to join a well‑established manuafactring company. This role is ideal for a hands‑on assembler who enjoys practical work, fabrication tasks and producing high‑quality results in a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Measuring accurately and working to precise specifications

*

Altering, cutting and modifying steel security doors

*

Heavy lifting as part of daily duties

*

Using a full range of tools and equipment (all provided)

*

Working within a busy workshop and occasionally on customer sites

*

Optional overtime available daily/weekly at enhanced rates

Requirements:

*

Ability to measure accurately

*

Comfortable with heavy lifting

*

Experience in metalwork, fabrication or welding preferred but not essential

*

Practical, hands‑on approach with good attention to detail

*

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and within a team

Desirable:

Full UK driving licence

*

Forklift truck licence (preferred but not essential)
