We are recruiting Assembly Operatives and Production Operatives to join a market-leading manufacturing business in Belper.

Immediate starts available with inductions every Tuesday and Thursday.

Previous experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, factory work, machine operation or warehouse environments is advantageous, but not essential as full training is provided.

Pay Rates

Days: £14.05, progressing to £17.75 per hour

Afternoons: £16.02, progressing to £19.72 per hour

Nights: £17.05, progressing to £20.75 per hour

Shift Patterns

Days:

Mon-Thurs 06:00-14:30 | Fri 06:00-12:00

Afternoons:

Mon-Thurs 14:30-23:00 | Fri 12:00-18:00

Nights:

Sun 20:30-06:00 | Mon-Thurs 23:00-06:00

Your Role

As an Assembly / Production Operative, you will:

Assemble components and finished products
Follow work instructions and production processes
Carry out quality checks and visual inspections
Use hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely
Pack and prepare finished products
Work towards production targets and KPIs
Follow Health & Safety procedures
Maintain high quality standards

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

Reliable with good attendance
Able to follow instructions and procedures
Quality and safety focused
Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
Good team players
Willing to learn and develop new skillsExperience as an Assembly Operative, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Machine Operator, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative or Quality Inspector would be beneficial.
