Assembly Operative - Gillingham Business Park - £13.68ph - Monday to Friday

Shift pattern 6am-2pm and 2pm -10pm

We are looking for experienced Assembly Operatives for our client in Gillingham.

Responsibilities

* Work with the Team to create wiring harnesses and assemble custom designed CIE, training can be given.

* Use basic problem-solving skills to ensure production requirements are met.

* Report problems or concerns with the team leader.

* Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete a good standard of work.

* Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company.

* Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

* Health and Safety in the workplace.

Skills, Experience and Person Specification

* Ability to follow instructions and diagrams.

* Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

* Good communication skills.

* Computer literate.

* Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is desirable

* Ability to work as part of a team
