We’re on the lookout for an Assembly Operative to join a fast-paced and friendly team in Poole. Whether you’ve got previous experience in mechanical or electronic assembly—or you’re a keen learner ready to get stuck in—this opportunity could be for you!

What You’ll Be Doing as an assembly operative:

Assembling a range of precision-engineered products using hand tools and jigs
Following technical drawings and work instructions
Performing quality checks and basic testing
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working both independently and as part of a supportive team

What We’re Looking For in an assembly operative:

Previous assembly experience (mechanical or electrical) is ideal
Able to work from instructions and technical drawings
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
PC literate and comfortable recording basic production data
