We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Production Operative to join our friendly and hard-working team. You’ll be an essential part of our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of specialist components used across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out mechanical assembly tasks with care and precision
• Performing hydrostatic (pressure) testing in line with company standards
• Preparing heating elements for assembly and installation
• Supporting the production process by preparing materials (e.g. masking and demasking of painted items)
• Cleaning and finishing completed products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment at all times
• Supporting the wider production team as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

You’ll be expected to carry out your duties with commitment and a keen eye for detail. Occasionally, you may be asked to assist with other reasonable tasks to support the smooth running of the business.
